Working alongside you
Children and teenagers are incredibly resilient, but in today's world they are faced with many challenges, while trying to also make sense of the complex world around them.
Young minds must navigate their emotions through circumstances such as starting school, family and friendship dynamics, academic worries, bullying, increasing self-awareness, life changes, grief and much, much more.
You know your children better than anyone, but should you, (or they), feel that additional wellbeing support or education would be helpful, The Nurture Meadow is here to be alongside you, and those young minds you are championing.
Whether you’re looking for one-to-one support, an informative parent workshop, or a one off, nourishing group class to benefit the whole family, sessions can work in a variety of ways to provide accessible support when mental health and wellbeing is challenging.
As there is no one size fits all approach for young people and their family so if you’re interested in working alongside TNM, then get in touch, or book a complementary 30 minute explore call. We can consider whether moving forward together would be suitable and beneficial.
